The app is fairly user friendly. However, the screen that allows you to scroll through different account balances needs updating. You have to hit the little circles exactly on an Android to make it cycle to the right. Used to, you could simply swipe right. Otherwise, pretty quick and easy to use for medical/flex purposes. !

Updated for 2024: New year, same terrible app, same awful company. Tried to upload a document and of course it failed. Other than telling you how much money you have available the app is completely useless. If you try to upload receipts the images disappear. The company as a whole is pretty useless. Over half the time I have to fax receipts to outline all the criteria that they deem acceptable for payment. A terrible company across the board and I wish our company would stop using them.

Its a bit clunky to use and the button to attach documentation to a claim/reimbursement request does not work - the button does absolutely nothing. Then the app asked for feedback, I typed some in and then it wanted to send via email. Fine, whatever. Except then it bounced back that I'm not authorized to send mail to them. What a joke.
