I hate phone apps, and given the choice will always use a desktop over a phone app, but having had to install it to enter a competition, I can verify that it does at least function properly. Only 4 stars because upon trying to verify my login via the "new device", it gives an option to scan a QR code, and upon picking it, the screen goes black, and I'm unable to take a pic of the code. Choosing the email option sent an email to me, but it must be received and clicked on using your phone.

Feb24. I have edited my review to 4 stars from 3. The recent updates are making a noticeable different to performance. I am still searching for a way to remove coins accidentally added to my account section. A widget would be a welcomed addition. Nov23. Very laggy when in the accounts section. Cant seem to find a way to delete unwanted accounts I accidentally added. Account balance rarely matches what's displayed in the portfolio section. Graphs are very simple and could do with more detail.

Simple is not always good. Can't find the simple things like trading history and other trading info but for a quick buy/sell, it's perfectly adequate and the fees are standard. My money was in my bank within minutes. Edited for reply. Thank you for the extra info. It might have been good to know that from the get go. Perhaps you could add a link to your app, which is the thing I was reviewing, not the web page. Edited and downgraded to ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT READ MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS!!

Hi there, although you can always view your previous transaction history by selecting any account listed in your CoinJar, you may prefer to download a CSV export of your trades - you can do so by signing into CoinJar on the web, going into settings, and clicking on 'Reports & statements' then select ‘Transaction history statements’. Thank you!
