I really like this app and would like to be able to use it, but I've been having issues doing major things in order to properly use it. For instance, I cannot connect my facebook and due to the app saying I so not have location services on my phone (which I do, and have granted permission) it will not let me verify my identity.

WARNING!!!! do not download or use this app for any money that you care about!!. I just logged in and my account is zero!!! HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE? Impossible to verify my account. I've tried unsuccessfully a few times. There seems to be a fee to withdraw your money. I cannot find a fee structure listed anywhere and support has not replied to me. Quite disappointed with an app that has some of my money.

Rob, we are sorry for this experience. Your balance is intact. There was a server issue - it has been fixed. Our Customer Happiness team expanded to better respond to users’ needs. horrible and spammy. I downloaded to help someone with a referral and to try it out. It then got in my contacts and sent my referral code to people under another email address (not even associated with me). I tried to find a way to delete app. No option seen. Tried to contact support. No one available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP BRCAUSE IT WILL SPAM EVERYONE IN ALL OF YOUR (PHONE AND EMAIL) CONTACTS WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Thanks for trying the app. We apologize for the confusion - inviting contacts is a 100% optional way to earn points. Our 2022 update made the share functions explicitly clear, to eliminate any confusion. App can be deleted like any other app. Please reach out, once more, to support@coincircle.com Support has expanded to better address user needs.
