Great software! It does what it says very well. The menus are easy to navigate, the UI design is sleek, user-friendly and the color palette is pleasing on the eyes. There are many features such as adding contacts, users, companies, products, events, cases that can be assigned to users and many more. The integration between the various features is very well made. I can add companies to my contacts, assign cases to users, make certain things private and only accessible by specific users and more.

Used CRM to record customer data, purchases, queries and complaints. The interface is very easy to pick what one needs. Navigation is very good too. This can make the system easy for a new employee to learn and very speedy to use with live customer interface.
