EDIT: 4 years later and still having the same problems I can never get the app to stay online more than a few hours. Extremely frustratin When it works it's perfect. But that's hardly ever. I can never remotely view when away from my home. It worked for a short period of time. Then all of a sudden it continually kept saying "device offline." I've deleted and reinstalled the app 3 separate times. And wash time it kept doing the same thing. Only the time it was "connected" got shorter eacth time.

Can't get the cameras to connect most of the time, when they do, maybe half of them might work part time. Keeps exiting out on it's own. Always have to adjust cameras to work right between day and night. Overall, very disappointed with the whole system and app, especially after spending a considerable amount of money on what is supposed to be top of the line equipment. Please improve everything or pass it along to someone who can make it function properly.

App usually works as it should and can easily switch between 30+ systems. It crashes a bit more but still rare. If your having connectivity issue it's most likely ISP/router causing it or a super cheap system . Another tip is setting app to load cams in SD(substream) not HD when loading 4+. Having 10 cams playing HD @50mb total over SD @5mb makes a difference especially if you have business internet which usually has very low upload speeds. If app is having trouble force close it and reopen.
