City Credit Union Mobile

I have been having nothing but problems with this app for a long time now. Between not letting me in with my fingerprint scanning and still denying me with my username and password, and allowing me in only for everything to be frozen within the app (all tabs and accounts), I am unable to do anything useful. I mainly monitor my account activity and occasionally deposit a couple checks. I don't feel like it's a lot to ask from a banking app, but this one fails to deliver even just those things.

This app is a good idea, but most stuff that you're supposed to be able to do doesn't even work, all it's good for is viewing your accounts and paying things internally, and those features barely work. Also don't link your account with zelle on this app I don't know if it can't take the accounts linking or what but it always crashes and never works.

I love, love, my City Credit Union because as long as I have been with them they have always taken care of the things that I needed from banking to insurance and I love the customer service they're always helpful and courteous and knowledgeable and sweet... That's why I love my City Credit Union.
