Good banking app. Even if the UI is called outdated by some reviewers, the functionalities are all working fine and fast to load and to navigate, and that's important to me! After all, banking doesn't need a super nice eye candy. Please improve exiting the app by using a double back button tap/swipe when not logged in. It's way better than killing the app every time. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible. The Sg Clicks system needs to a lot improvement compared to the Malaysia version. 2FA instructions are not very clear. 27/11 Update: App doesn't even start now. 23/1/2024: what is this new nonsense about changing passwords requiring us to go to a branch. Get the app updated to do all these please. After using it for more than 2 years it's still absolutely rubbish.

I can't log in to the apps at all. Tried use password of 8 character or 9 character. None works on the apps. Please do something

At CIMB, we constantly improve and add features based on your feedback.
You can now view or download Credit Card eStatements (up to 12 months). Save the trees by going paperless via eStatement setting. You can also send an e-HongBao this Chinese New Year (5 designs to choose from) after making a transfer.
We have fixed a couple of issues and made some performance improvements.
