My experience on this app throughout has been pretty well. I ordered food deliveries from my favorite place from this app oftenly. I like the interface so far. I never experience issues after recently and the live support has provided all the assistance I need. My only suggestion is maybe they can work out with how user can contact their dispatcher because sometimes it's not accessible to reach out for them and it feel inconveniencing the customer support to contact them :D

This used to be a legit app, some of the places in koreatown here used it for points... at some point something changed, its now only mostly Chinese food places AND recently they've been sending texts in full Chinese instead of English like they were in my selected language... i dont know if ownership changed or what but im uninstalling since now also most of the korean places also stopped using it too. Also you can only order before 12pm on it... after that the restaurants are all "closed"

The app won't run unless I give it location data permission. There is an option to manually input an address, but it just leads to an error message. Customer support was responsive but only repeated that they saw no problems on their side, so it must be a network or device problem on mine. I am not comfortable with using an app that forces me to give it my location data.
