the app doesn't seem to work on my android 9 phone. gives me an error when I try to sign in. not sure what is going on. But I actually sign on thru the internet which is not convenient for me. update: I was able to fix the issue. for some reason certain apps require your phone to have medium power saving and above on. I had my battery saving mode set on high. so after I changed the battery saving mode to medium. the app worked. I'm happy with it now that I figured it out.

coming from square there are a few things I miss. I don't like manually having to withdraw funds. I would much prefer if they had a setting it to automatically deposit when funds became available to my bank. I really like that you can create many different collections and giving access to the collections is pretty easy but I don't like that people have to sign up for a cheddar account in order to use the collections I assigned to them. Reader shows approved after signature.

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to form usage and multiple purchases. It also took quite a bit longer for the withdrawal to come through v. what they stated. The customer service people are nice and are accepting of all comments in regards to what could be better as options for my personal customer needs.
