I couldn't enter my credit card info either. I made it as far as entering the expiration date the drop down boxes wouldn't function. That was the one time the app allowed me to make it that far. All other times, over ten attempts trying to sign in, with saved info. I've Uninstalled the app probably six times now with no change to its function. It still doesn't work!!! This app is the worst!

The Chatr app is tedious to use. Most of the time it will fail to login with the right details, and hasn't been updated since 2022. In fact, devices running Android 14 can't even install this app without sophisticated workarounds because it doesn't comply with the new platform version targetting requirements set by Google. When this app does work, the experience is mediocre at best. Most interactions don't work, and usage details are seldom accurate. You're better off using the website.

This is the worst mobile app. It is constantly crushing. It is constantly in the loading or crashing state. I can't even top up my account because I either can't select expiry date for my card or when list with dates actually opens - app is crashing. The only thing that seem to be working - stats about my usage. Probably that's it. And there is no live chat window or any kind of place to provide feedback on this. Hope you can fix it soon.
