Although Central Bank does not charge a fee for customers to use Mobile Banking, customers must be enrolled in Online Banking and Online Statements, and have a Central Bank Shazam®Chek Card.
Before using Mobile Banking, consult your carrier regarding text messaging and data plan fees that may apply.
*Online Banking is required to use the “Pay bills” feature. New Payees can only be added in Online Banking.
**Mobile Deposit is subject to approval. Deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal; refer to funds availability policy.

This app has a horrible and consistent pattern of crashing and not working for days on end sometimes. I think it might honestly be the bank servers since I am also unable to login through my PC as well. The most recent issue I've had though fully breaks the app. I am currently unable to use my touchscreen while in the app. So I am unable to login, confirm login if I use my fingerprint, and if by some miracle I get past the initial screens I still can't use the app.

I live out of state. This app is the lifeline between the electronic world, my bank, and my ability to use money between. Access your account, deposit checks (after you request to do so), transfer between checking and saving accounts. It does the job an app should. Well made.

Can never login when I need to, even when I am positive I am inputting correct password. Then try to reset and get sent a temp password and that password still won't get me logged in. This app should still be in development stage, not in public use.
