Requirements:
To use Mobile Banking, you must enroll from your CBT Internet Banking portal. You can enable Mobile right from your Internet Bank portal! Go to “Other Services” and choose “Mobile”.

• View account balances on all accounts

In general, I love simple and easy to use the app is. I haven't had any issues with the bank itself. But I have had so many issues logging into the app or the instant balance button popping up with a message, it's not even funny. It is super frustrating and it makes me feel like the app isn't even worth the frustration half the time.

I have used the CBT app since day 1 and the only issues I have experienced were due to my error or a lack of signal. Occasionally really late at night the app doesn't work which I believe is probably some sort of maintenance. The app has improved tremendously over time and it's always exciting when I update and see all the new features. Its helped me tremendously with my money management! Beyond the app, CBT staff have always been great to me for over 20+ years. Love this bank!

Edit : just updated and now cant even open because of new security errors.. just became totally useless!! This used to be a great app until you started not allowing USB debugging to be turned on. Now because of this app if something happens to my phone and it has I can't get into my phone to get all of my information off of it because this one app wouldn't allow for USB debugging to leave on. You are affecting everybody's entire life because of your one requirement.
