It's not even an app anymore, it's literally just a link to the website, and the website is somehow easier to navigate if I go from Chrome instead of opening the "app." There's a delay when you click on things and I can't pull my saves up no matter how many times I sign out and in. Honestly one of the worst shopping apps I've used, don't waste the space on your phone with this.

I love carter's, but the app is atrocious. Yall really can't figure out how to make an app work? 1) it's extremely slow and laggy 2) I currently have 6 things in my cart. It shows that on the icon. I click the cart, and suddenly it says it's empty. I go back to what I'm trying to buy, and it says it's already in my cart. Go back to cart, it says it's empty. I can't check out because the cart won't add things. It's 2024. An app shouldn't be this difficult, especially for a company like this.

The latest update makes it annoying to make a payment, it used to be more streamline, and thanks to the update that I didn't know happened, I had to renew my consent for paperless billing, missing my payment cause life happens and the emails help me remember, and displayed no minimum due until I went to schedule a payment, it had a red warning for a past due account, but no way to tell what I needed to pay. Not happy.
