The app accepted a payment with no account entered then billed me a bounce fee. I had saved my accounts and used it for 5 payments then the app lost all my payment data. As a software professional of 38 years i can attest that this software is atrocious.

The accuracy v of your program sucks. I keep getting and have been paying late fees and payments aren't late 90%off the time. I even get charged late fees if payment is early! My account needs to seriously to be looked at.
