On week 8 & so far so good. No issues with scanning or uploading or getting my replies. I wish I could reply back to the reports or talk to someone. Reports seem pretty much like canned answers, repeat the same thing, multiple times, repetitively, using slightly different words, to say the same thing (just like that) which is annoying. But I guess that's what my dentist is for? I just feel like with the 💰 I paid, they should be able to answer my question in the app w/o phone tag to the dentist.

the technical parts of the app worked fine as did the scan equipment my teeth have been gradually changing (im 9 months in) but ive had late scans occasionally which usually is fine but apparently this one was too late and theyve dropped me because of inactivity without telling me?? guess ill just keep going till im through as the feedback on scans is a lot of nothing its just them telling you to move on to the next set if it fits or wait until it fits

I like it, it works for what you need it to, although they are slow at times when reviewing the scans also the scans can be hard to take at times because the positions they have you take them in, but it is not that bad (atleast its not in my opinion), a big pluse is there's little to no ads which is always nice. Im giving 4 stars because I think the scan revewing prosses could be faster.
