Constantly having connection issues, sometimes the earbuds won't even turns on. Really a shame, considering that otherwise they are comfortable and sound quality is good. UPD: Contacted the technical assistance, they recommended to do the hard reset, it helped : put both headphones in the case then press and hold both buttons until the earbud status lights briefly turn blue. At this point, you can release the buttons and the reset procedure is complete. Repeat setup procedure from scratch.

The app isn't much use apart from accessing occasional firmware updates. Tech support isn't that useful, and it took weeks for my buds to appear in the list of devices, so I wasn't sure they were registered. Feedback via the app still won't send. I've recently factory reset my buds to try and stop them randomly disconnecting without success. Edit - this is STILL happening 18 months later, and is a real pain. Though the buds sound good, this alone will prevent a repeat purchase in the future.

Thank you team for the reply and I hope that it stays that way. Still if you can look for a firmware update to revamp the audio output, that will be great. I also have Soundcore and airpods, which I believe are a good competition for M1+ as well as the touch. But the sound signature.. I love the M 1+ and so I purchased the touch. I find the touch a bit beloring in sound levels and very difficult sensors for touch. Can you guys update the firmware of these and give but more oopmh to the sound.
