By Rotation is transforming the way we consume fashion: rent what you need and lend what you don’t. Rotate your wardrobe and do good for the planet, your wardrobe and your wallet at the same time.
HOW TO LEND:
List your wardrobe
List an item on our app in under 2 minutes. Select up to 4 photos for your listing, choose the item category, and write a clear description.
Approve rental requests
You have the choice to approve or decline all rental requests that you receive. Communicate directly with your potential renter via our secure messaging system.
Send the item
Once you have accepted a rental request, either send the item to the renter, or arrange a time and place for collection.
Get paid & review
Once your rental is completed, payment to your bank account will be processed within 8-10 days. Leave honest feedback for your fellow Rotators!

Send rental requests
Select the dates you are looking to rent for, send the rental request and communicate directly with your lender about the item via our secure messaging system.
Receive the item
You can arrange delivery or collection of your rental. Receive your item and enjoy your rotated look!
Rate & review
Once you have completed and returned your rental, you can leave honest feedback for your fellow Rotators and share your rotated look on social media, tagging @byrotation!

App is extremely slow. It takes forever for messages to load. Is there a way to receive push notifications for messages from renters only? I don't want to get notifications about trending items. One of my listings got declined with the following reason: 'Please upload an image from the brands website and use it as the cover of the listing.' This is unfair because none of the other similar listings have cover images from the website. My item is out of stock so not visible on website anymore.

What has happened to this app? In the past I had no problems, but in the last few months it's been almost unusable. Trying to type a message and there's a massive lag on text showing up. Loading my rentals takes minutes, which is panic inducing when you're trying to look up the return address. I've given up trying to load my saved items, it's completely broken.

I love this app for the service it offers. I both rent out and rent items regularly. However the app itself is very difficult to work with and has lots of issues! As an example I just tried to change my profile picture and it's all stretched out and weird. Please invest more in this app so it's easier for your users to borrow and rent fashion.
