Budbee

Terribly inefficient. There is no need to force people to download an app that barely works when the code can simply be sent via email or text. tThis just shows you where their costs go, which are of course transferred directly to us as consumers. Garbage and unreliable, never using it again. Also the app is slow and the contact part is basically a cheap wrapper around their web app

I am only getting this app despite all the bad reviews just because the delivery people are horrible, this is the second time I had to use budbee because of the store I was buying from and it was not delivered to me properly, the delivery people seem to never ring the bell and always call, so if you miss their call you probably miss your package!! Both times I was waiting for the doorbell,nothing,and they just leave without even giving it to a neighbor or a delivery point even if you choose so!

Delivery reliability is VERY bad. Can't remember a single time the initial delivery date/time has been correct. App is ok apart from the store section being the default first page instead of deliveries/packages (which is the main point of using the service). Would give a 1 star rating, but the packages actually arrive...eventually...so I guess that's something.
