This is more about the service than the app. The app and internet service has been fine so far, but the cable service leaves a lit to be desired. Picture freezes, and the guide is not always accurate. The audio and video do not always sync. Frankly, the cable service is pathetic. Not impressed with the cable service at all. Blue Ridge Cable sucks. WORST. CABLE. SERVICE. EVER.

Well the App itself is plain. Nothing but limited and basic options. Only allows upgrades on your internet packages only. (No downsizing or downgrading at all online) So you constantly have to reach out to their CSRs whom are never on the same page as each other. They are extremely expensive on their tv options. But their Internet prices and packages are reasonable and very fast and Ive never experienced any issues with their internet. They certainly could improve in many aspects.
