Get the most out of your (SCS) Trial with the mySCS application. While you test drive how spinal cord stimulation works for you, we'll help you track your daily activity and pain levels, connect with your Boston Scientific Care Team, and learn more about what to expect at each step along the way. At the end of your trial you can review your progress with your Physician and Boston Scientific Care Team to help determine if SCS is right for you.

Why Should I Use mySCS During my SCS Trial?

• Track: During your SCS trial, you can share with your physician how your pain and activity levels are changing and/or improving by recording them daily. This app will allow you to quickly and easily enter information to help you and your care team better understand your journey.

• Learn: During your trial you might have questions or want to learn more about the journey to Spinal Cord Stimulation. You can find valuable resources and FAQs here to help you better understand your therapy and what to expect.

• Connect: We hope this app will help you feel connected throughout your journey. When you have questions, or need someone to talk to about your therapy, you can easily reach out to your Boston Scientific Care Team. Your care team will also be able to see your progress and will be alerted to reach out to you if you have a challenging day.

Don't worry if you have never used an application like this before. We are here to help you make the most of your experience at each step of the journey! Your Boston Scientific Care team can walk you through loading the application onto your phone and provide you with a quick tour of the features. The app is easy to use and provides valuable resources and information designed to help you maximize your Boston Scientific SCS trial.

The app is simple enough to use and I suppose that's the focus. I ordered supplies fine. I did have a rep tell me prior to surgery that I'd be able to control the stim with my phone. He lied and he no longer works there. I lose things often so I was pretty disappointed but it's fine. As for the app, it would be good to see/schedule reps in area. Like office hours . Don't sacrifice ease of use to your clients to keep things proprietary (like remote) please. Need map/key to individual programs.

Really appreciate the feedback. mySCS is designed to be as simple as possible, so it's good to hear that you successfully ordered patches. You are correct that mySCS is not a remote control, and thank you for the request for this capability. Your new rep's contact should be in the "Connect Tab" but the idea of an office hours is novel.

***EDIT*** After making my post, the teM at Boston Scientific fixed the issue promptly and everything seems to be working now. ***EDIT*** Would love if BS released an app that controlled the stimulator to spare having to carry around a remote. I'm sure it's in development, and/or there are security issues, but would be nice. There seem to be several bugs with this app. My medical card wouldn't show up unless I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Then less than 24 hours later, was gone again.

This was a great app when I had my trial, and I love my permament SCS. It has helped with my CRPS immensely and my representative is always there for me no matter what or when. He is the best! BUT, the remote has a Bluetooth pairing function that *only* connects to the trial app. It has the ability to pair with a phone app, so why is there no permanent app to control the device? That'd be ideal! The device & rep I give 5/5 stars, but lack of app 0/5 stars.
