Honestly, the camera has a great quality picture. That problem with this camera is the app. I do not use the cloud for video storage, I use an SD Card, so obviously, I don't have a subscription to the cloud. I constantly have advertisements to purchase a subscription, with no option to stop them. The "Device" tab has an extra interface that is not an actual device but an advertisement. In an emergency, this particular item gets in the way of accessing the camera.

The app is good provides a unique way to control remotely a camera so that you can make sure the house is safe when you come home and let you know when there's somebody there shouldn't be! Haven't tried it out on a lot of things like accessing through an Android TV because I've got a somewhat old and antiquated browser available on this Samsung which I'm going to trash probably this year and get a new one that is more robust and more functional.

UPDATE I emailed their customer care & my problem was resolved! If you can't open the app, email them your phone model, email associated with the acct & the issue. They will send you a link for an update for your type of phone. You must delete the app and install from the link and make sure you allow the download from your settings. OLD I've sworn Blurams cameras for years and always recommend them, BUT this past year, the function of the app has been horrible Constant connection issues
