Tha app is unusable, preventing me to actually starting an acocunt. When I did the video verification the first time, everything seemed to be fine, the agent said it's done, goodbye. When the call was ended by him, the app immediately went back to "start video verification call", like nothing really happened. Okay, let's do that again. Nope, it says "already been completed" then goes back to the "start video button" and stuck in an infinite loop. Tow days later, it let me to do it again, so I spoke with another agent, did the same sh it with the ID tilting and stuff, then of course when she said goodbye, this pieace of cra p went back again to the "start video call" button, doing the same infinite loop with the "already completed" bullsh it. No email, no other notification, nothing at all. It looks like it is impossible to get verified because of the buggy app.

Terrible experience!! It all started well: I opened an account, transferred money on it, received a card and started using it. But after 1.5 month their support team started asking me strange questions, and then just locked my account for no apparent reason, with no explanation. Just sent me a notification letter headed "Heads up! Account locked". They locked my account with my money on it! Exactly the same happened to my spouse, so you can't say it's a technical issue! Highly do not recommend!

New design with Nuri kind of nice, more tidy. Still very slow though, like clicks or navigations. Easier to see transaction history. But checking the live prices are put somewhere deep in the corner, I needed several minutes to find it. I guess it is to have a more "Bank" focus. Still no need to hide it, would be better to keep the trading at top level. AND, the live ticker still terrible!! Each price updates, the whole screen is jumping. Price display is truncated. Feels cheap, expecting better
