Received this as a birthday gift in December. Had a hard time with the app and connecting it to the vaccum until finally for some reason it worked. Then all of a sudden, it just randomly stopped connecting. Tried to contact bissell and was told I needed newest app and had agent after agent attempt to help me. It still will not reconnect to use the app, quite annoying when the job is done and I just want it to dock along with other issues.

It does a great job for smaller rooms and responds well to remote start and stops. it's lower than regular Roombas so it can clean under furniture and beds well but sometimes it gets trapped under the bed frames or brushes get trapped in carpets and shuts off after beeping a few times. It's a great purchase. I have had it for 3 years with no major problems.

Won't connect unless wifi is set to not be secure. I've tried it with 4 of the best wireless routers, latest version of the app, & its the same for all of them. Great way to know if there's a hole in a home network is to find out if they own this and can operate it remotely. Device now only works for a little while and then stops, confused in the middle of a large 1200sqft room, unable to continue until I turn it off for an hour and then I can start again. It's faster to just use my regular vac
