I love Winn-Dixie but this app suuuucks. I used to think the issue was the bldg but it's not doesn't matter where I am, if I'm on Wi-Fi or not. It almost never loads and on occasion when it does load you can't do anything, it freezes and crashes. I can't search anything, you can't order delivery off of it. You need a new developer or something because this is just absolutely terrible. I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling and if that has any effect on the + side I will edit.

This app is completely useless. Every time I open it, it never lets me click on anything, specially the search bar. I haven't been able to search anything. Some products lack pictures. Just a complete mess all around. Truly impossible to navigate smoothly. And when you're in store, trying to find the best deals etc this is particularly frustrating.

This app has become almost useless. It takes too long to load and then logs me out after a period of inactivity, requiring a code to be resent for login. It has become impossible to use for a family to use since it requires the phone listed in the account to be present or a text to be sent to obtain the code. Good luck having another family member stop to pick up a few items. Offer the use of an authenticator at the very least. Two thumbs down.

What's new
We’ve made updates to the app to better promote a seamless and simplified user experience. We made a change to our app that will make aisle location more visible to customers and associates. Today, aisle location is visible on product details and in the shopping list, and the update will also add aisle into the search results.
