As with all things Ait India, this app is terrible. It will not even open. I just dow unloaded and installed. When I start the app, it takes me to a page where the ONLY option is to "Update to the latest version", which takes me back to Google Play, where the only option is to Open the App, because it's already updated to the latest version, because i JUST downloaded it! So i press Open, and am then taken back to the app, where the only option is to Update!!! Infinite loop. Air India - FAIL!

Excellent UI and great functionality. This is the best airline app I have used. The UX and easy to navigate interface makes it quick to look for information. The new colour scheme looks fantastic and it makes established international carriers applications look outdated. India is the hub of IT and this application reflects the same. Keep improving and adding new features to enhance the experience. Air India will be number 1 in the years to come and this is a great start! Kudos to the team!

Disgusting app. Air India can never change. By changing logo, the process won't change Mr. Tata. It's the same old issue.. When I searched for flights. It shows no flights at the summary level dates but then shows expensive flights at bottom. Confusing UI and UX. Unclear definition of done may be and no clear info to customer. Look at skyscanner!
