Always needing to sign in when it should automatically do it for me. Always having to reach out to support for help. Application is NOT user friendly. The message center used to be visible now its hidden within the services drop down menu. Can't pay my credit card bill without having to reach out for support. They recently changed credit card vendors for whatever reason and now that's causing problems as well

Overdraft fees. I had this bank for a very long time and never had an issue. Anytime I over drafted. I was sent notifications and my account was frozen. Now, however they don't notify at all, and they will allow even more transactions to keep going through. With each transaction they charge their fee, again & again. This added up very fast while I was in the hospital and unable to stop the automatic charges. I don't agree with this change and cannot give predatory fees a positive review.

Trying to log in, it is glitched out Bloated, difficult to navigate. Trying to leave feedback within the app caused a timeout, with no feedback saved. The only time to try to leave feedback within the app was when it asked me, randomly, after using it for the last 2 months. Transferring money to my cash app card doesn't sync with my account for several days. Could not use the option to change from paper to online statements, there is no where I could find to enter my email.
