It functions, but it's horribly designed. It feels like whoever made it doesn't use it to understand how annoying it is. Doesn't save card info for reloading the app, which is frustrating when most of the time I don't think of reloading until I'm in the drive thru, especially since my balance doesn't update automatically. The latest update made this significantly worse since now it also wants my address information. Way to much to do to reload before paying.

The rewards part works great. I've never been able to order, and am confused as it seems I need two logins to do so. Don't need it, so I don't much care. Payment could use some improvements. Why oh why can't I combine digital cards? I don't need to use the physical any longer; that's why I add them to the app. At least let me select multiple cards for payment; that change adds up, and I don't want to make someone wait for me to go through all the bits. Automatic balance refresh is needed.

Doesn't work. Keeps telling me that I can't order because I'm not connected to the internet, when I am. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, checking app permissions, restarting my phone several times. It's been a couple weeks and customer service hasn't been able to resolve my issue. Not willing to order in person since it usually takes too long for it to be worth it.
