About this app

Our mobile app helps our members to get the most out of their dental insurance plan and to achieve oral health and wellness.
 
In this release, we have added the ability for our members to submit a claim at the snap of a photo and submit it for processing. In addition, you can store your digital insurance ID cards in your Apple Wallet. This makes for a much more convenient experience.

App credentials were created 6 months ago. Just went to use it and it tells me my password is invalid. To top it off, the password recovery feature doesn't move past the 1 step of 3. This is 3x in over a 7-day period. There is a "maintenance issue announcement" at the top of the log in screen it's been there each time. Do not use this app it's a piece of excrement.

Just helps you find a provider and it's not even good at that. Somehow defaults to California even if you put in a city and state. Works by zip code though. Doesn't list all the providers so it's useless. No claims information. I expect better from BCBS. Also, if you leave the app and come back, it'll log you out every time, even if you left for just a second.

Just updated the app and the app still always has a problem with logging in. Very seldom can you log in no matter how many times you try. When I just try to open the app after updating I get this message: Unable to process your request Apologies for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve this. Please try again later. Dismiss March 2024 still not letting you sign in at all. Worse now then before.
