I'm going back to paper coupons. The app freezes, my store locater resets to something else, it stays blank when I want to shop, if I want to change stores it stays blank. Complete frustration. It's only useful to take a glance at my reward points, other than that, useless. Sad. I don't want to be sad, I don't want to be forced to use an app that doesn't work. What does it take to get someone with experience to set up a website or app? Jr. High kids can do it. Grow up B&BW -_-

Frustrating...annoying to look at the app then have to order in-store purchases on the dot com because I can't choose my usual store in the app. It won't allow me to choose my location ... It just keeps spinning and spinning. Choosing my store works on dot com every time. But never in the app! If the app is suppose to be so special why can't I place my order there.

Keep removing my reviews. I don't care. You did an update on April 9? Hmm. Interesting because I still, STILL, can't set my store. That little box just keeps spinning. I get that bugs are always going to be there somewhere. But it has been almost a whole entire year, and it's still not working. Same with the mobile browser. I don't get it. Also, I waited over 5 minutes. Yeah, it was still loading.
