Constantly doesn't work and gets stuck in a loop showing the fish animation. Refuses to show my order history and many products. How a major company in 2024 can have an app that only works half the time is pathetic. It's so unpredictable that I can't use it and have to use the website. I'm a long time customer that's very close to just using Amazon.

Opened the app today and for some reason I was logged out. I tried logging back in but it keeps saying my email is not valid. It also does it when I go the forget password process. What's going on. I can't get in to see my account now. Finally got help to reset my password. The only thing I wish they would bring back is the biometric feature. Having to login via password every time is a hassle.

I have to say this app has really gone downhill. Most everything you try to do it just says sorry something went wrong. So frustrating. I will just use my computer from now on or call and order. Please fix this app. Edit; Dec 2023, the app is better. Very rarely does it shut down on its own. I have been able to use it pretty regularly. It is still kinda slow but it works good.
