I really like the app and it makes banking easier. However I would very much like to see purchases coming from my credit card. It says a number on hold but does not show my history. And it takes forever for the balance to even out from purchases and payments so I don't really know how much I actually have. It's annoying. Other than that the app is good.

Hana: Thank you for the feedback. You can see credit card transactions when you click "Cards" from the menu or rail, then swipe to get to your card you wish to view transactions from, then select "Manage Card." There, you will see all transactions, including those that are pending.

This app is a huge headache. Old app was a much better user experience. Little if anything about this version is intuitive or user friendly, including the help menu (of all things). Organizing the dashboard is infuriating. When I go to "customize dashboard", I can't move accounts around. When I'm trying to scroll up and down on the actual dashboard, half the time I lift and drop accounts unintentionally, changing the layout. Previou... Evidently I have more complaints than will fit here...

UPDATE!!! IT WILL NOW WORK ON MY ANCIENT NOTE 5 PHONE AGAIN! It wasn't working because my cell phone's operating system was outdated. One of the reasons I love this bank is because of the app. Now the app will not work on my phone. Only my computer. I've installed and uninstalled and nothing works. So frustrating! Wish they'd made sure it worked and kept the old one up just in case.
