Since the last One UI update, my battery drains faster and gets very warm when charging. The app didn't address any of those issues. I know it is mostly an issue having to do with the update, but it is taking a toll on my battery and the diagnostic tool did not help address/identify the issue.

I was having trouble returning answers to a text. The recipient wasn't getting my replies. I would've like talking to a real person to explain my issues. Chatting by text is a little trying. After texting back and forth for 40 minutes I was getting tired. I must say Shane the specialist helping me tried to fix the problem. Thank you!

Not any help. Just like there service. Even had a manager N the higher upside tell me he didn't care all he wanted was my $ if they took advantage of a RETIRED HANDICAPPED SENIOR CITEZEN - VETRAN event if his company was N the wrong holding my phone # 4 ransom that I've had 4 years
