The best workout app and meal plan I have ever used! I especially love the workouts. I don't remember the last time I sweat so much. The apps really helps keeping you motivated and on track with your fitness goals. Meals are simple enough to prepare and tasty. I absolutely love the grocery shopping list, that actually works (unlike some other apps). This app is better than any other I have used, and I feel like I tried them all.

Very disappointed with the diet. Can't choose what I can eat. There some stuff which I'm not allowed to eat. It hasn't got a wide range of meals. Same stuff on repeat. Before they plan your the diet, they should ask about allergies and intolerances. Also the diet isn't budget friendly. Very disappointing. The workout plan is absolutely amazing.

Great app! Love the idea to have training and diet in the same place. A lot of different programs and training. The only minus is that you cant change or do training form different programs without losing the data from the previous one. Would be good to do cardio training and after yoga for example. Anyways even without that the app is great and I use it every day🙂
