I dont remember my order number because I deleted the app. I ordered a three piece, and only got two pieces of meat. Also was missing a large fries. Only got store credit in 675 dollars, which is ridiculous because I paid over 3000 dollars for the food and service. After sending 4-5 emails; I got the same response. Tried to let ut o and try again, and got cussed out by a delivery driver because of a communication issue.

You order a specific item and they deliver what they feel like. Even though you confirm your order with the driver. Not at all credible. You should ensure you get the right order for your customers. Because of this I will not be using this service again.

Please accept our sincere apologies. We know the chicken part you ordered did not arrive even though communicated to restaurant. Please note that your order goes directly to KFC for packaging. When the package is sealed and handed to the bearer for delivery, he is not allowed to break the seal & look inside to validate the item. We will make amends

It was all going good at first but I created a new account. I tried to save my card but I keep getting annoying error messages. Now I can't even sign in to either of my accounts. Can't even sign in to delete any of them. I just want my accounts deactivated to be done with this app. I am very much dissatisfied.
