The best food delivery app I have used in Kathmandu. The support is great by phone and chat. Once my card payment went through but the order was not placed. Just chat with them, and they sorted it in 2 mins without fuss. Other apps like pathao are so bad in support. Also, Foodmandu riders are mostly using bikes. So food arrives quickly and you can order from far away. The deli charge is based on distance, too. So, all in all, a very good app. I just wish they included more restaurants and shops!

The app works very nicely and lists the distance from the restaurant as well, what is useful. And service so far has been very efficient.

It's one of the best service in Nepal. But their service delivery time is slow compared to Pathao. Need to improve a lot interms of service time. Also packaging of food to be improved.
