Setting up the DVR was easy. Getting the app to connect to the DVR was simple. Setting up the alarms not as straight forward. Wish they could have been set through the app. The biggest issue is not being able to live view all 8 of my channels. The app rarely shows all 8 channels ever. 1 thru 4 show up and can be viewed live but 5 thru 8 either don't show at all or cause all frames to stop being live. Wouldn't think it's my device, I have an S24 Ultra. Moved my most important views to 1-4.

I've been using this system since 2018 and while its not perfect i am satisfied with it. I changed probably 1 camera within the period and a couple hard drives but otherwise its been pretty solid. The app is a bit fussy but has improved over time. To deal with the issue of the system being offline while i'm away trying the view the footage but not actually offline at the device, i've plugged the system into a wifi outlet. This way when i get cameras offline, i just reboot the system remotely.

When watching the cameras live on the app, there is about a 1 or 2 second delay. The app shows up to 16 channels on the home screen, but they don't update live on the home screen. You have to click on each channel or camera to view it live. However, you can view the playback, listen to audio from the camera, and also use the e-zoom feature. The app works but needs some improvements as does the NVR ui.
