Not working on new Galaxy S20. App installs, and loads, all permissions granted, will not get profile from server. Works on S7, S8 just fine. Cannot find method of contacting support for this app.

Connected to the system however when you make a call to one of the VoIP phones it doesn't give you the option to answer the call, have checked all the settings and notifications and everything is switched on

why does this have to be exclusive to fancypants' with enterprise technology. Samsung could dominate if they make a free voip service and provided an option alternative to cellular data. i mean dominate...so many people have Samsung devices i just dont understand how they haven't thought of this. oooh. im sick to my stomach just thinking about how big of a missed opportunity this is. oooh. why-.....oooh! SAMSUNG KIM WHERE ARE YOU?!?! WE NEED YOUR GUIDANCE!!! SAVE US FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OK BYE!!!

1. Compatibility for Android10(Q-OS),
- Fixed for abnormal app down. Some of functions are disabled.
2. The ‘Allow all the time’ option is mandatory in case of using WE VoIP with Private WIFI.
※ The Location permission is only used to get SSID information from WIFI. We never use the GPS(like Longitude, Latitude) information.
3. Please set ‘Appear on top’ with Enable, in case of there is no incoming call window even though the incoming bell is ringing when there is incoming call.
