I like STCU as a whole. But I like the way their online/mobile banking is set up. It's user interface is straightforward & logical. I can do everything I need to, & it includes everything I'd expect from an online banking app. I especially appreciate the 'Card Control' feature allowing me to turn my debit card "on or off" like a toggle switch. If my wallet is lost etc. I give it 2 thumbs up! 👍👍

I originally had rated this app 3 stars cuz I was having problems with the app crashing. Turns out it had nothing to do with the app itself, it was because I I'm using an Android, and had to update my Google Chrome to keep apps from crashing. So that being said, this app is great and I've had no problems with it. Very easy to use, very easy to look up your balance, do transfers and many other things. Very simple and organized.

It's great when it works. The app is unavailable for use on average 3 weeks a month. I have been unable to view my balance with this convenient app and have to monitor my account through atm service. Very frustrating. I was contacted by support through email asking for more information. I gave more information and was sent a link where I had to verify a bunch of stuff because it was sensitive information they were sending me and it was just a request for more of the same information. I'm done.
