This is by far the slowest and most clunky financial app I have ever used. It is bad. Everytime I open it, it takes several minutes just to sync data. It re-syncs everytime, even if you just used it. It takes forever regardless of the quality of the network you are on. I don't know if they engineer this in-house or if they farm it out. It's terrible though.

You guys really need to figure out a better and easier way for your customers to make payments (credit cards, loans, etc.) in your app. I should not have to be charged multiple $8 fees for trying to make a payment. Just make it so I can use my debit card to make *simple and easy payments* WITHIN the app itself. Shout-out to Navy Fed and USAA for being able to easily do so.

I love the AFCU Mobile App. I feel safe with it. I love its bio security options. I love the easy use of the app once in it. To be able to set up notifications when a charge is made against my account. I get a text notification. I see the amount and the place to whom the payment is being made. It just confirms my spending. It helped me spot a double payment once to my car insurance. I love the layout of being able to see my checking and savings accounts. I love the ability to make transfers.
