This app reflects the terrible medical system in the US. "In-network" providers via their search functions are often not actually in network. And their "accepting new patients" filter also doesn't accurately depict providers that are accepting new patients. Everything you click on takes you to an external webpage outside of the app. Edit: they keep calling to get this review taken down. Not happening. Fix the app. All providers I actually got to interact with aren't the problem.

The app keeps crashing, and the virtual call quality was quite poor. I am using a brand-new phone and have no issues with video calling using other apps. The audio quality on this app was so bad that I kept hearing my own voice echoing, and it was extremely difficult for both me and the doctor to communicate. I also tried plugging in a headset during the call, but it did not help at all. I almost want to ask for a refund for that appointment; I did not appreciate it one bit

My health assistant is helpful and non judgemental and the search function makes it easy to find providers. I do wish they listed websites directly though. Edit: I can no longer sign in through the app, it takes me through loops in the sign in screen no matter how many times I reset my password Edit: reinstalling allowed me to log in, but the messages tab is totally blank, and broken on the web version. What is going on with accolade?
