About this app

The Spectacular Inspection System is simply the best home inspection software available. It was created for property inspectors to generate a PDF report about the properties they inspect. Our app stores over 7000 regularly used comments and enables the inspector to choose the comment that fits the description of the items they inspect rather than typing a comment every time. Spectacular aims to make the daily job of a home/property inspector simpler by enabling him/her to generate the report, email it, and print it all while still on-site to give to the real estate agent and home buyer. No other home inspection program does pictures better than Spectacular. Generate as many sample reports as you like for free. Once you believe Spectacular is the right inspection app for you, join the monthly or yearly subscription. Other payment options include paying for each report individually.

I've only been using this for a short time, transitioning from another reporting software and it's fairly simple to navigate and customize. So far my biggest issue is that the app crashes when trying to update the library from the server. Update 6/2/21 The company reached out and tried to solve my issue without success. Then, with the most recent update, everything works again. Great customer service and great follow up when problems happen.

Program is very nice, is very friendly and helpful. This is really awesome program, but just one thing what I don't liked, it's pricing... Maybe is not expensive if you have at least 10-20 inspections a month. And, if you did, maybe 5 -7 times of the year, the price is too much. Yes, you have options 25 reports for $125, which is great for new inspectors(like me). Thank you for this option! ...I would be happy to pay for this program for a year, but if the price was at least half

Thanks for trying Spectacular. Are you saying $6 per report is expensive (25 reports for $150 that do not expire)? You also said you’d pay half of the yearly cost ($599/2 = $299) for unlimited reports that does expire and is $150. As a starting inspector, we believe that's a good deal.

Works ok. Pretty verbose defaults and its not easy to edit. I use this app because of the pricing but now the camera function doesnt work with my new phone making it worthless. The photos come out with about 100 pixels. Not 100x100, about 10x10. i found a work around where I can upload photos taken with my normal camera app. The dev says it's because Im running 8.1.... well, why tf doesn't your app work with 8.1 when you can still buy phones running 8.1??? What examples do you want? A blur?

He's using a CAT S48c on Android 8; a very old & uncommon phone. We asked for examples, but didn't get a reply.
