I use this daily for arming/disarming my system. I love that I can check in on my cameras and have saved video available whenever I need it. It's super easy to navigate and if I run into issues, it's easy to call in and get help. The doorbell notifications might be slightly delayed, but it's not terrible. I have it mainly for package delivery anyways. When the alarm goes off I get instant notification which is perfect for when we accidentally set it off.

I have used this now for almost 2 years. I have been sorely disappointed, mostly with the doorbell. Rarely works as it should. Bought a new one from them with a tech service charge in December. Same problems. Was told to buy a new gateway for the wifi. I think it is a software issue, but just has never worked consistently.

Love that I can control everything from an app! Sometimes I leave and forget to arm so it makes it easy to open the app and take care of it. Accessing cameras and recordings is also a breeze.
