Horrible redesign of the app!! I lost all my reward points with the new redesigned app. I've already emailed customer support and they did not assist me in getting points back. The new design is hard to use. I'm currently unable to log into the app. Don't waste your time downloading this worthless app. I deleted the app and will not return to the restaurant.

This app was amazing until the recent redesign. Not only extremely buggy, but very unintuitive. In the old version, you could simply apply a reward right on the payment screen for an online order without any codes. Now you have to generate a rewards code before starting your order, put that in your clipboard, and then apply the actual code to the payment screen.

Well I've been told by a server that you had to update/revamp your entire app platform due to fraud issues. You've made it impossible for normal users to no longer be able to use the app as it constantly insists you must upgrade your Android device to 10.0 or greater. I have 10 and 11 on hubby's phone and IT DOESN'T WORK!! Might want to look into and get it fixed otherwise you will lose me as a customer. I have points that I cannot use - useless! Please fix!!
