Didn't work for what I needed. I wanted to use this to journal. But it expects me to speak quickly, and keeps cutting off my sentences before I finished my thought. I tried just disabling the timestamp, and new lines being added on, but the constant "ding" sound from the microphone turning on and off constantly while I speak is just distracting. Sorry, too annoying to use. Please consider a microphone that allows continuous recording without this start/stop stuff.

We are glad to inform you that this app has made significant improvements in extending the time for speech sessions and without 'ding' sounds and recognition gaps. It's improved from only a few seconds to a few minutes.
This is the feature users most want to improve. Please upgrade the new version and enjoy it!

What a brilliant idea that you add the notes made with voice typing directly to the calendar to remind yourself later! It is an simple yet awesome way of productive thinking. I love it! I have a one bug report though. When I try to select the language, the pop up doesn't show any list nor buttons to select from. Please take a look at it. Also, I have two requests: would you make us to set up "relative reminder" with little more choices... like few minutes later? Thank you for the great app!

Updated: We're glad to inform you that this app has made significant improvements in extending the time for speech sessions. It's improved from only a few seconds to a few minutes without beep sounds and recognition gaps. Pls go to Google Play Store to upgrade the new version and enjoy it.

Great dictating app. It has the ability to keep recording continuously, without having to press the microphone button each and every time. Nevertheless, once in "dictating mode", the app keeps beeping periodically as a reminder that the mic is still on. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to mute this "reminder", which kept me looking for other alternative apps.

The beep sound is used to notify user to speak and synchronize speech recognizer.
You can click the speaker button on the upper-right side to mute or adjust the beep volume.

- Add speech language support to 148 languages, including new languages Kazakh, Macedonian, Mongolian, Punjabi, German(Belgium), German(Switzerland), French(Belgium), French(Switzerland), Italian(Switzerland) etc.
- Recognition session improved: For Android 12 and above support, one session can now last many minutes without restart and beep, instead of only a few seconds.
