AVOID! They will not make any changes to bookings, they refused to talk to me and kept my money. Having spent ages on hold and waiting for them to call me back I spoke to the airline who said the change could only be made by the agent who made the booking (this is standard practice, agents need to authorize changes) I told Qunar this and they refused. I kept calling and waiting on hold, so I called on another number only to pickup and then put me on hold again, never to answer my calls again.

Scamed me for more than 1500 yuan. my flight was caneled due to Coronovirus and my ticket prise was 2000 + 500 luggage, flight company agree on full refund (official notice released) , but qunar decided they can lay me less, they originaly want give me only 400 yuan, but when i complain decided give me 1100 in total with original price 2000 and even didn't try to apply refund luggage fee. I always will consider them dishonired scamers until they resolve the issue in fair way and with justice.

This app allows international users to register but can't allow user to buy tickets unless have chinese mobile number, disappointed
