I'm no longer a disappointed costumer. My issue with Bitwallet has been sorted, the app is user friend. The problem was the setting of operating system language as well as on the Google play store language input. Ant the reason why it took a little longer for my issue to be resolve was miscommunication, the app's developer as well as the support team tried to rich out for me... unfortunately their email went straight to my SPAM not my inbox. But everything is sorted you can rely on Bitwallet.

The app is pretty straightforward. I am provided the ability to purchase or sell bitcoin my account is up to date and completely filled in. The only things that would have made this app better would be the inclusion of biometrics and the ability to link to external accounts or wallets.
