I was asked by our emergency Management team to install this app, however, when I try to set it up, I'm asked for an email, then I get a notification stating an email has been sent, but I never receive it. It says if I don't get an email to contact my help desk . . . My help desk where??

I have tried to obtain a login via email for months and I have never gotten an email back from them. Yes I checked my spam. Useless app.

Required by Hilton but ever since this app changed from what it was years ago it has never worked and Hilton support has had no answers
