The app freezes if you change apps for a second. So you're forced to close out. I keep getting errors stating certain things are unavailable when I try to re-order them. So I have to put in the special Instructions all over again, every single time. I added my bank just so I could put 10$ on at a time and that too gives me errors and I still cannot add 10$. It makes ordering coffee easy but it still has a lot of bugs.

Thanks for bringing back order again. And dollar value tips! The new update made it more complicated to use. I can't simply reorder what I ordered last time. Bring back the order again feature please. And tipping in $ amount instead of %. For coffee I tip a dollar or two, not some percent. It's also better for the barista. I miss the old rewards feature. It felt like getting a prize. Now I have to do complex maths and decide when and how much reward to use. Feels like work now.

UPDATE: A recent app update has corrected the login issues that I had been having. It now works as expected; easy to add funds, easy to order, and easy to find locations near me that utilize the Joe app. This app is fine when it works. I've been using it for several months, and I have yet to be able to order without having to login multiple times before it finally sticks.
