One of the worst apps I've come across. Their withdrawal program is terrible and fees exorbitant. Not to mention that they have a pitiful selection of networks through which you can withdraw. Terrible experience. For context, until further verification (which is more complicated than many other larger and more professional exchanges) they only allow withdrawals through 2 networks (Eth and BUSD) and only 50 dollars or so, and they take 30 dollars flat fee on the Eth withdrawal.

The worst service I've been getting from this company, I've been trying to withdraw money and because I no longer have an access to my old email address then had to write to them to change my email address until now I've been struggling to get help they just close my tickets without any ignored communication. I'm struggling while having money locked there ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Hi After selecting show charts, I select the little gear to show the settings; none of my settings appear in full, in settings the ok, the cancel button and the left side of the settings are cut in half, even on the website with desktop view. When I tap on my back button the app closes, please change that 😞. Back must take me to the previous view. Thanks.
