Update: the team has helped me immediately in sorting out the problem. Thank you. I have renewed my subscription today and unfortunately the app is not reflecting the same. I have received the confirmation email for the subscription and money was deducted from the account but the app is still showing that I'm not subscribed even when I select restore purchases. What can be done asap?

After the last update it does not update automatically anymore and does not send notifications when there is a roster change. It also opens the roster website within the app which is not user friendly at all. There should be an option to open the site using the Internet app. And last but not least, you cannot zoom in or enlarge the roster. The last update is not so good unfortunately

After several days, still the same error is coming, really bad App... Cannot renew the plan, any credit card I use, I get Error message. Very disappointed... After the complaint, the App gave me 1 month premium plan, that I really appreciate, but I still can't renew my subscription😔
